Job Responsibilities: • Present menus to customers and provide detailed information on coffee and food items. • Take accurate food and drink orders and deliver them promptly to the tables. • Ensure all guests have a pleasant dining experience by attending to their needs. • Clear tables, reset seating areas, and maintain the overall cleanliness of the cafe floor. • Coordinate closely with the Barista and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. • Handle guest inquiries and complaints with a professional and helpful attitude.
