Job Description (JD): • Greet and escort customers to their tables with a professional and welcoming attitude. • Present menus and provide detailed information on daily specials or ingredients when asked. • Take accurate food and drink orders using the restaurant’s ordering system. • Serve prepared food and beverages to tables promptly and ensure order accuracy. • Clear tables, replace linens, and maintain a clean dining area throughout the shift. • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of meals. • Process bill payments and handle cash or card transactions accurately. • Address customer complaints or requests with patience and professional solutions. Requirements & Conditions: • Previous experience in the hotel or restaurant sector is mandatory. • Must be able to work a daily shift of 9 to 10 hours. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required. • Salary: Negotiable based on experience. • Benefits: Duty meal allowance is provided (No accommodation).
