Job Responsibilities: • Greet and serve guests in a professional manner • Take food and beverage orders accurately • Deliver orders promptly to tables • Ensure guest satisfaction and maintain high service quality • Maintain cleanliness of dining area and service station • Follow hotel service standards and hygiene rules • Coordinate with kitchen and other staff for smooth service • Handle guest requests politely and efficiently Requirements: • Minimum 2+ years of experience preferred • Experience in Hotel & Resort industry will be given priority • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Well-mannered, disciplined, and customer-oriented attitude • Ability to work in a team and under pressure
