Job Responsibilities: • Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service. • Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team. • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner. • Respond to customer requests and provide appropriate assistance. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables, dining areas, and service areas. • Clear used plates, glasses, and other items from tables. • Check customer satisfaction and handle basic complaints professionally. • Coordinate with kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service. • Follow restaurant policies, food hygiene, and safety standards. • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management. Requirements: • Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress will be an advantage. • Good communication and customer service skills. • Polite, friendly, responsible, and hardworking. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Good personal hygiene and a neat appearance. • Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
