Job Responsibilities: • Greet customers politely and ensure a pleasant dining experience • Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them on time • Maintain cleanliness of dining tables, chairs, and service areas • Assist customers with menu selections and answer their queries • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service • Handle customer feedback and report issues to the supervisor • Follow hygiene, safety, and restaurant service standards • Support opening and closing duties as required Experience: • 1–2 years of experience as a Waitress or in restaurant service preferred • Freshers with good attitude and willingness to learn may apply Qualifications & Requirements: • Minimum SSC or equivalent education preferred • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Smart, well-groomed, and customer‑friendly personality • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays • Physically fit and able to stand for long hours Work Location: Uttara Sector 03, Road‑01, House‑52
