Job Responsibilities: • Operate and monitor sewing thread production machinery • Ensure smooth production according to company standards • Check product quality during the manufacturing process • Report machine issues or production problems to the supervisor • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area • Follow production schedules and company guidelines • Assist in achieving daily production targets Experience: • 3–4 years of experience in a similar position Qualifications & Requirements: • SSC or above • Good understanding of machine operation and production processes • Ability to work in a team environment • Responsible and disciplined with a strong work ethic • Willingness to work according to company schedules
