The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth, safe, efficient and uninterrupted operation of all factory utilities and facilities while maintaining safety, legal and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities • Ensure uninterrupted operation of all factory utilities and facilities • Plan, monitor and execute preventive and emergency maintenance activities • Prepare, update and implement SOPs for all maintenance-related activities • Lead, train and guide the utility team to ensure best performance • Monitor utility operations and take quick action to solve technical issues • Ensure proper safety, legal and compliance standards in utility operations • Drive digital tools for better reporting, monitoring and traceability • Maintain proper documentation and reporting of maintenance activities • Coordinate with concerned departments for smooth factory operation • Perform any other utility-related tasks assigned by the management Educational Requirements • B.Sc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering Experience Requirements • Minimum 7 years of experience in relevant field • Experience in Textile / Knit Composite Factory is required • Experience in utility operation, maintenance and team management will be preferred Required Skills • Strong knowledge of utility operation and maintenance • Good understanding of preventive and emergency maintenance • Ability to prepare and implement SOPs • Strong leadership and team management skills • Knowledge of safety, legal and compliance standards • Good reporting, monitoring and problem-solving skills • Ability to work under pressure and ensure uninterrupted utility s
