Job Responsibilities: • Purchase various products for the office/project every month • Clean the air conditioner filters of the office and flat every month • On the remaining days, search for flats and apartments for rent/purchase • Quickly resolve minor office maintenance and urgent tasks • Perform other duties as instructed by the higher authorities Requirements: • Educational Qualification: Minimum SSC • No experience required • Must be skilled in riding a bicycle or motorcycle • Candidates with a personal bicycle or motorcycle and a valid license will be given preference • Must have a smartphone • Must have a good knowledge of the roads and streets of Dhaka city • Must be honest and trustworthy Benefits: • Probation Period: 3 months - Salary 15,000 BDT • After confirmation: Salary 18,000 BDT • Flat deal bonus: 10,000 BDT for each successful flat rental/purchase deal
