Job Responsibilities: • Focus on generating new leads and converting them into successful land and plot sales. • Conduct regular site visits with prospective clients to showcase project developments. • Provide detailed information and professional advice to clients regarding investment benefits. • Assist the Assistant Manager in organizing promotional events and marketing campaigns. • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports to track individual performance against targets. • Follow up consistently with potential buyers to ensure high customer satisfaction. Requirements & Qualifications: • Minimum educational qualification of Honors or Masters in any discipline is required. • Applicants must have 1 to 2 years of solid experience in the Real Estate sector. • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade clients effectively are necessary. • Candidates must be proactive, hardworking, and capable of working under pressure. • Professional grooming and a smart appearance are highly valued for this position.
