Job Responsibilities: • Provide primary healthcare and first-aid treatment to employees within the factory premises. • Maintain medical records of staff and ensure the availability of emergency medicines. • Assist the factory doctor during health check-ups and medical emergencies. • Conduct health awareness briefings and monitor workplace hygiene standards. • Manage the sickroom and ensure all medical equipment is in working condition.
