Job Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets for plot and land sales. • Develop and implement effective marketing plans to promote the company’s Purbachal projects. • Identify high-potential clients and conduct high-level negotiations to close significant deals. • Monitor market trends and provide strategic feedback to the senior management. • Maintain strong long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. • Ensure that all sales documentation and legal procedures are handled accurately. Requirements & Qualifications: • Candidates must have a minimum of Honors or Masters degree from a reputed university. • At least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in Real Estate Sales (Plot/Land) is required. • Applicants should possess strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. • A target-driven mindset and a smart, professional personality are essential for this role. • Both male and female candidates with relevant industry experience are encouraged to apply.
