Job Details
Finance & Accounting: Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and petty cash management. Prepare monthly statements of receipts and payments. Support month-end and year-end financial reports. Assist with budgeting and monitoring expenditures. Maintain bank transactions and reconcile accounts. Compliance & Taxation: Assist with VAT, Mushak, Customs Duty, and Income Tax documentation and filings. Maintain records to ensure audit and tax compliance. Coordinate with auditors and tax consultants. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, purchase orders, and payments. Follow up on receivables and manage vendor payments. Support cash flow management and financial tracking. Administration: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping. Provide general support to the team to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate logistics for meetings and organizational events. Event Management: Plan and coordinate events, managing budgets, logistics, and timelines. Handle venue and vendor negotiations, guest management, and onsite execution. Lead post-event evaluations and reporting.
