Job Description:
- Manage all accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and company policies
- Monitor cash flow and budget performance
- Supervise and lead the accounts team
