Key Responsibilities: • Respond to student inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits. • Guide prospective students through the admission procedure and program requirements. • Maintain a database of student inquiries and follow up regularly. • Assist in promotional activities to increase student enrollment. • Coordinate with the academic team to ensure a seamless transition for new students. Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bengali and English. • Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, welcoming personality. • Previous experience in sales, counseling, or customer service is a plus.
