Job Responsibilities: • Develop creative interior design concepts and space layouts • Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project • Ensure project execution aligns with design intent, quality standards, and timelines • Select suitable materials, finishes, furniture, and furnishings for each project Requirements: • Bachelor in Architecture or Diploma • A minimum of two years experience in architectural design • Proficiency in SketchUp, Lumion, D5, Enscape, V-Ray, Photoshop, and Illustrator • Strong understanding of current design trends, space planning, and construction details • Ability to create visually appealing and functional interior concepts • Good communication and coordination skills • Fluency in English for client communication and engagement Work Location: • Grand Hotel Mor, New Shenpara Road, Rangpur
