Key Responsibilities: • Manage and monitor sales operations within the assigned territory. • Provide accurate guidance and leadership to the sales team to ensure sales and collection targets are met. • Execute strategic sales plans down to the ground level. • Conduct market intelligence to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. • Develop new dealers and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. • Frequently visit dealer areas to generate sales and monitor distribution. • Collect data on under-construction buildings for potential business opportunities. • Engage in corporate sales visits to secure long-term business. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline. • Experience: 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in sales. • Age: 23 to 50 years. • Attributes: Strong leadership, target-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills.
