Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base
• Explore new markets and appoint potential dealers, then ensure proper follow-up
• Lead, train, supervise and motivate the regional sales team to improve performance
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets through effective coordination with Sales Representatives
• Monitor sales performance regularly and adjust strategies as needed
• Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts and performance analyses to management
• Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients, dealers and business partners
• Monitor market growth and take initiatives to increase market share
• Set up new dealers and ensure their activities are conducted according to company rules and policies
• Work on reducing the rate of damaged products through proper market control and monitoring
Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Experience Requirements:
• 5 to 10 years
• Applicants should have experience in FMCG and manufacturing industry
• Candidates with prior sales experience in the Sylhet area will be given priority
