Job Responsibilities: • Support the Head Chef in the daily preparation and cooking of various menu items. • Ensure all ingredients are prepped and ready for service in a timely manner. • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas. • Handle kitchen equipment safely and report any maintenance needs immediately. • Step in to lead the kitchen line during peak hours or in the absence of the Head Chef. • Follow standardized recipes to ensure consistency in food quality and flavor.
