The candidate will be responsible for managing yarn inventory, store operations, and ensuring proper coordination with production and commercial departments. Key Responsibilities: Maintain proper records of incoming yarn from external sources and ensure accurate accounting and timely delivery of grey fabrics with proper documentation. Maintain accurate records of yarn stock, including receipt, issuance, and balance. Ensure proper storage and handling of yarn to prevent damage or loss. Monitor daily stock movement and prepare regular inventory reports. Coordinate with production, planning, and commercial teams for smooth supply of materials. Implement and maintain inventory control systems. Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies. Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies. Supervise store staff and ensure efficient workflow. Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store area. Assist management in improving store and inventory management processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Textile background preferred). Minimum 4–6 years of experience in yarn/store management in a knit garments factory. Strong knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems. Good communication and leadership skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
