Requirements: • Minimum Graduation (Bachelor’s degree required) • 3 to 5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development / Corporate Sales • Strong leadership and team management skills • Experience in B2B sales and corporate dealing will be preferred • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills • Ability to prepare proposals, reports, and business documents • Target-driven and strategic mindset Job Responsibilities: • Drive B2B sales activities to achieve business targets • Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the B2C sales team • Ensure team targets are achieved through proper planning, coordination, and motivation • Provide on-the-job coaching and support for performance improvement • Conduct corporate office visits and business meetings with potential clients • Prepare and send professional proposals and business documentation • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and business partners • Visit polytechnic institutes and other educational institutions for partnership development • Develop industrial attachment and internship opportunities for students • Support overall business growth through strategic sales and partnership initiatives Performance Expectations: • Achieve monthly sales targets • Ensure consistent growth in both B2B and B2C segments • Maintain strong team performance management • Expand corporate and institutional partnerships
