Translate monthly business goals into daily action plans for team leaders and agents. Drive revenue and performance metrics, taking immediate corrective actions when deviations occur. Analyze real-time dashboards and daily MIS to identify performance dips and implement recovery plans. Lead performance governance through structured reviews, daily huddles, and monthly evaluations. Oversee roster planning, establish productivity benchmarks, and maintain strict compliance controls. Manage high-risk customer cases, partner with Quality for call audits, and drive attrition control. Present performance summaries to senior management and collaborate with other teams to improve workflows. Requirements & Experience: Minimum bachelor's degree in business or a relevant field. 5 to 8 years of Care line operations experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong analytical, reporting, team management skills, and excellent communication abilities. Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and call center tools.
