Job Details
• Regular project visits to architect firms and developer companies to create a potential customer base and hold meetings with potential clients.
• Prepare price quotations and communicate with clients regarding pricing through mail/phone.
• Participate in developing marketing plans and strategies with HOD to foster sales growth.
• Validate the contents of orders received from customers, including negotiation, process outline, terms and conditions, quality, and safety.
• Create and maintain strong and sustainable stakeholder relationships in all possible ways.
• Propose, design, and implement a strategic business development plan.
• Prepare dynamic sales reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
• Develop and grow the brand’s position in the market area.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and solve complaints.
