Position: Assistant Manager
Job Type: Full-Time
Workplace: Remote / Work from Home
Working Hours: 5 days a week, 8 hours per day
Total Hours: 40 hours per week
Salary: BDT 25,000 – 35,000
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Coordinate team schedules, meetings, and project timelines
• Maintain documentation, track tasks, and follow up on action items
• Handle client communication and follow-ups
• Manage timelines, tasks, and project deliverables
• Assist in planning, strategy, and execution
• Support HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, and record-keeping
• Serve as the main point of contact for administrative and HR-related queries
• Monitor productivity and maintain organizational structure
Requirements:
• Freshers are encouraged to apply
• Open to female candidates only
• Background in administration, operations, or HR support will be preferred
• Excellent command of English and strong interpersonal communication skills
• Proficiency in remote collaboration tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Trello, and Notion
• Highly organized, professional, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion
