Key Responsibilities: • Manage the recruitment process for workers as per company policy. • Maintain personal files for probationary workers (file setup, ID cards, appointment letters, etc.). • Oversee factory housekeeping and update emergency response team lists (Fire, First Aid, Rescuers). • Coordinate bank account opening for employees and assist with salary/wage sheet verification. • Maintain training records and process leave applications via HR software (Kormee). • Manage security access lists and gate updates for staff. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline. (PGDHRM certification is an added advantage). • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in HR-related functions. • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and strong communication/email correspondence skills.
