Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave management, and supporting daily HR functions. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational and communication skills, along with a passion for people development and operational efficiency. Prior experience in HR or administrative roles will be an advantage.
