Educational Requirement: • BBA / MBA in Marketing from any reputed university Experience: • Minimum 03–05 years of experience in E-Commerce Additional Requirements: • Strong communication skill and presentation skill • Ability to work under pressure • Sound knowledge of e-commerce platforms Key Responsibilities: • Manage product listings across all e-commerce platforms such as website, Facebook, and Instagram shop marketplaces • Upload and update product descriptions, images, pricing, and stock information • Monitor daily orders and ensure accurate and timely order processing • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery and order fulfillment • Handle customer queries, complaints, and return or exchange requests professionally • Track sales performance and analyze daily/weekly/monthly reports • Ensure inventory levels are updated and out-of-stock items are communicated to relevant teams • Work with the marketing team for social media promotions, ad campaigns, and product launches • Monitor competitor pricing, product trends, and market activities • Maintain product catalog accuracy and optimize listings for better search performance • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and increase sales conversions • Ensure proper documentation, order records, and data management • Collaborate with IT/support teams to fix website or marketplace technical issues • Perform quality checks on product content, packaging, and delivery standards • Maintain strong communication with suppliers and internal departments for smooth workflow • Prepare periodic performance reports and suggest improvements for overall e-commerce
