Job Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, and teas. • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding coffee blends, brewing methods, and menu items. • Operate coffee-making equipment and ensure regular cleaning and maintenance of the machines. • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests and handling orders accurately. • Ensure the workstation and café area are kept clean and organized throughout the shift. • Follow all health and safety regulations regarding food and beverage handling.
