Job Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based drinks, and other beverages according to standard recipes • Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment properly • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a friendly, welcoming atmosphere • Take customer orders accurately and handle cash/POS transactions • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee bar, equipment, and work area • Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies and report shortages • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times • Assist in opening and closing duties as required Experience: • 1–2 years of experience as a Barista or in a café/coffee shop preferred • Freshers with passion and basic coffee knowledge may also apply Qualifications & Requirements: • Basic knowledge of coffee brewing methods and beverages • Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays • Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude • Honest, energetic, and team-oriented personality • Training certification in Barista skills will be an advantage Work Location: Uttara Sector 03, Road‑01, House‑52
