Job Responsibilities: Prepare and serve a variety of coffee, tea, and specialty beverages. Ensure consistent beverage quality and presentation standards. Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station and work area. Monitor inventory levels and report stock requirements. Operate coffee machines and other beverage equipment safely and efficiently. Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Assist in promoting menu items and enhancing guest satisfaction. Requirements: Minimum 2+ years of experience preferred. Experience in a Hotel & Resort environment will be given priority. Good communication and customer service skills.
