Job Details
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop, execute, and monitor brand strategies to strengthen brand identity
• Plan and coordinate brand campaigns, promotions, and marketing activities
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels (online & offline)
• Coordinate with content, design, sales, and marketing teams
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities
• Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations
• Monitor brand performance and prepare reports for management
• Maintain strong brand presence in retail and digital platforms
Experience:
• 2–4 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or related field
• Experience in retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands will be an advantage
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field
• Strong understanding of branding, positioning, and consumer behavior
• Good communication skills in Bangla & English
• Creative, analytical, and detail‑oriented mindset
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
