Salary: BDT 15,000/month
Job Type: Remote + Field (Hybrid)
Work Schedule: 4 Days Remote, 2 Days On-site (Weekly)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through both remote and field-based activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business leads through online and offline channels
Conduct client meetings (virtual & in-person) to present services and close deals
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
Prepare reports on sales performance and market trends
Visit clients/partners when required (field work)
Requirements:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or business development
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Comfortable with both remote work and field visits
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus (but not mandatory)
