Salary & Benefits • Monthly Salary: Tk. 23,000 – 27,000 • KPI Bonus: Up to Tk. 10,000 per month • Festival Bonus: 2 • Yearly Salary Review • Performance Incentives Key Responsibilities • Lead and supervise the CRM team to ensure smooth daily operations • Manage customer communication across all channels effectively • Handle customer complaints, returns, and escalations professionally • Monitor order status and track team performance regularly • Prepare daily reports and maintain KPI tracking • Coordinate with delivery and operations teams for efficient service • Work on improving customer satisfaction and retention Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline • 1–2 years of experience in CRM / Call Center / E-commerce • Age must be between 18–32 years • Strong leadership and communication skills • Immediate joiners will be given preference Application Process Interested candidates are requested to apply with their updated CV.
