Position: Call Center Executive
Company: Technosoft Informatics Ltd
Location: Shyamoli, Dhaka-1207
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls regarding book availability, delivery status, and course details.
• Contact leads generated from Facebook/Meta ads to close sales for books.
• Use WhatsApp and phone calls to resolve customer issues related to shipping or payment methods such as bKash and Nagad.
• Maintain proper CRM documentation by logging every interaction.
• Ensure no lead is missed and follow-up activities are scheduled properly.
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the communication process.
Experience:
• Previous experience in a call center, customer service, telesales, or support role will be considered an advantage.
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Minimum HSC / Undergraduate.
• Students looking for part-time opportunities may also perform well in this role.
• Ability to work in shifts, especially if evening support is required.
• Exceptional listening skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Basic typing and data entry skills are required.
• Good communication skills and customer handling ability.
Job Nature:

Office Time:
• 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
