Job Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls from customers professionally
• Ensure instant customer satisfaction through proper support
• Respond to customer inquiries accurately and politely
• Receive customer complaints and record them in the system for necessary action
• Maintain proper call and customer records
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Good communication skills
• Ability to handle customers patiently and professionally
• Basic computer knowledge
• Prior call center experience will be an advantage
