📞 Customer Support Executive – Call Center
Job Responsibilities:
✅ Provide accurate and up-to-date information about company services to customers.
✅ Confirm customer orders via phone in a professional and timely manner.
✅ Maintain a friendly, positive, and professional tone during all customer interactions.
✅ Handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
✅ Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests effectively.
✅ Record call details and follow up as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
✅ Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues quickly.
Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication skills in both Bengali and English
Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
Basic computer skills (typing, CRM, data entry)
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Professional attitude, team player, and proactive mindset
