Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and handle incoming customer calls professionally.
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer messages and inquiries.
• Maintain professional and clear communication with all clients.
• Provide excellent customer service to resolve issues and answer questions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
• Skills: Basic computer and internet proficiency.
• Gender: Both Male and Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Attributes: Strong communication skills, patience, and a professional demeanor.
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary: BDT 15,000 – 17,000 per month.
