Responsibilities & Context • Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing clients • Clearly explain project details, pricing, and payment procedures • Follow up on leads generated from phone calls, Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger, and website inquiries • Convert inquiries into potential sales through effective communication • Maintain daily call logs, customer information, and follow-up records in Excel/CRM • Coordinate with sales and management teams to ensure smooth client handling • Perform any other customer care or telesales-related tasks assigned by management • Manage unexpected calls in a professional manner • Maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information and the company’s internal strategies Additional Requirements • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role in the real estate sector is preferred • Freshers are also allowed to apply • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure • Proficiency in Office applications • Must have a pleasant, confident, and polite speaking tone • Fluency in English and Bangla • Only female candidates can apply Compensation & Benefits • Basic Salary: Negotiable Employment Type • Full-time How to Apply Interested candidates are requested to send their CV to: infobaywave@gmail.com Please mention the subject line: “Call Centre Executive”
