Chef (Food Cart Operations)

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Chef and take full responsibility for operating a food cart —from OPENING TO CLOSING. If you have a passion for culinary excellence and leadership, we would love to hear from you!Location: Daffodil International University, Birulia, Savar.Key Responsibilities:Manage the food cart's daily operations, ensuring smooth functioning from opening to closing.Prepare and cook a variety of items with expertise, including:Rice plattersBurgersJuices and beveragesPastaSnacks (such as meatbox, corndog, wedges, etc.)Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and quality.Lead and supervise an assigned assistant; provide guidance and actively teach culinary skills.Ensure inventory control, manage kitchen supplies, and maintain cleanliness.Requirements:Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or food cart environment.Expertise in preparing the listed items.Ability to manage operations independently and efficiently.Friendly, cooperative, and open-minded attitude towards teaching and mentoring an assistant.Strong organizational and communication skills.Commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.What We Offer:Competitive salary package.Supportive working environment.Experience certificationBonus incentives based on performance.Food and accommodation depends on the situation.
