Requirements - At least 2 years of Experience. - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Chain shop, Bakery (Cake, Biscuit, Bread) Additional Requirements - Age At least 20 years - Basic to intermediate experience in Cake & Pastry, Savory/Fast Food, or Cookies production - Knowledge of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and sanitation practices - Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays - Team-oriented with a positive and disciplined attitude - Willingness to learn and grow within the organization Responsibilities & Context - Assist in preparation, baking, cooking, and finishing of items as per department standards - Follow standardized recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines - Support daily production planning to meet outlet and customer demand - Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times - Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of ingredients and finished products - Assist in minimizing wastage and maintaining cost control - Support senior chefs during peak hours and special orders - Comply with company policies, kitchen SOPs, and safety regulations Compensation & Other Benefits - Lunch Facilities: Full Subsidize - Salary Review: Yearly - Festival Bonus: 2 - Accommodation Facility - Career growth opportunities within a growing food chain
