Role Overview: As the CMO, you will work directly alongside the founder to own PetMamma’s brand identity, digital marketing, community growth, and campaign strategy. This is a leadership role designed for someone who can build systems from scratch and drive rapid growth. Key Responsibilities: • Brand Ownership: Lead PetMamma’s brand positioning and digital marketing strategy. • Growth Marketing: Develop and execute campaigns to scale the community and user base. • Content Strategy: Oversee social media platforms and creative content direction. • Data-Driven Decisions: Interpret performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts and ROI. • System Building: Create marketing frameworks and systems where none exist to ensure scalability. Qualifications & Requirements: • Experience: Proven track record in digital marketing, brand management, or a senior marketing role (portfolio required). • Skills: Strong expertise in growth marketing, social media strategy, and data analysis. • Mindset: A creative thinker who can move fast and work independently in a startup environment. • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bangla and English. • Passion: A genuine passion for pet care, lifestyle, or the consumer tech industry is highly preferred.
