Key Responsibilities: • Set up and manage end-to-end operations, including factory, supply chain, logistics, and distribution. • Oversee factory operations to ensure maximum quality, efficiency, and cost control. • Build and implement robust FMCG supply chain systems (procurement, production planning, inventory, and delivery). • Develop the organizational structure, hire key team members, and manage overall team performance. • Establish and grow distribution channels and define the route-to-market strategy. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure market execution and consistent product availability. • Create and implement SOPs, KPIs, and scalable operational systems. • Manage high-level relationships with vendors, suppliers, and manufacturing partners. Qualifications & Requirements: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (MBA or equivalent preferred). • Experience: Proven experience in FMCG operations, factory management, and supply chain execution. • Competencies: • Deep understanding of factory production processes. • Strong knowledge of FMCG sales and distribution dynamics in Bangladesh. • Proven track record in organizational setup and team leadership. • Must be hands-on, execution-focused, and comfortable navigating the fast-paced nature of a startup environment.
