Client Interaction: Conduct client meetings to understand their needs, preferences, and project objectives. Provide professional guidance and suggestions tailored to client expectations. Sales Target Achievement: Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Identify and convert potential leads into successful projects. Proposal & Quotation Preparation: Work with the design and costing team to prepare customized proposals and present them to clients. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. Collaboration: Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery. Feedback Management: Collect client feedback post-project and use insights to improve future sales strategies. Sales Reporting: Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and revenue performance.
