Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to international prospects based on provided lead lists or cold databases
Present the company's products/services clearly and persuasively
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions
Maintain call logs and update CRM software regularly
Follow up on leads and schedule appointments for senior sales representatives
Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets
Handle objections confidently and professionally
Maintain a positive and professional attitude with all clients
Requirements:
Proven experience in international cold calling or telemarketing
Excellent spoken English with neutral or clear accent
Strong communication and persuasion skills
Basic knowledge of CRM software and call tracking tools
Willingness to work in night shifts or international time zones
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined
Minimum education: HSC or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with B2B or B2C international sales
Familiarity with US/UK/AUS market trends
Background in software/IT services, education, or e-commerce industries is a plus
