Key Responsibilities: • Assist Senior Chefs in the preparation and cooking of high-quality dishes. • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workstation. • Ensure proper food storage and handle ingredients with care to minimize waste. • Follow health and safety regulations and maintain hygiene standards. • Prepare basic sauces, salads, and appetizers as per the restaurant’s menu. Qualifications & Requirements: • Experience: Must have relevant experience in the Hotel or Restaurant sector. • Strong passion for cooking and a willingness to learn new culinary techniques. • Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure kitchen environment. • Must be disciplined, punctual, and a team player.
