Key Responsibilities: • Prepare ingredients (washing, chopping, measuring, seasoning) according to standard recipes. • Execute basic cooking techniques (grilling, frying, sautéing) and assist senior chefs with plating. • Keep workstations sanitized, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and ingredients. • Assist with receiving deliveries, quality checks, and ensuring proper stock rotation (FIFO). • Adhere strictly to health, safety, and sanitation regulations to prevent cross-contamination. Qualifications & Requirements: • Experience: 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role is a plus and will be preferred. • Skills: Basic cooking knowledge, organizational skills, and a strong commitment to food safety.
