Job Details
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the primary communication bridge between the center and parents/caregivers and doctor or therapist.
• Ensure timely and empathetic responses to parent inquiries, concerns, fixed appointment, call to parent and requests.
• Develop and distribute regular updates, newsletters, and progress summaries.
• Organize and facilitate parent orientation sessions, workshops, and Q&A events.
• Work closely with therapists to relay therapy updates and support plans in family-friendly language.
• Gather and manage parent feedback through surveys and meetings.
• Coordinate with administrative and clinical teams to ensure accurate scheduling and updates.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold best practices in sensitive communications.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s & Master’s degree in Psychology, Communications, Social Work, Education, Marketing, management or a related field.

• Preferable Minimum 1 years of experience in a client-facing communication role, preferably in healthcare, education, or therapy services.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Empathetic, patient, and culturally sensitive approach when dealing with families of neurodiverse children.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in email communication, basic reporting, and digital communication platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Google Forms, Zoom, digital marketing, Must be expert in MS office).
Preferred Skills
• Background or experience in autism services or special education is a strong advantage.
• Multilingual ability.
• Familiarity with case management systems or family portal tools.
Salary:
• 25000-30000 TK per month.
• Yearly Increment, festival bonus and performance bonus.
• Sick leaves 8 days, annual leave 10-day, total leave 18 days.
• In addition, there are also essential public holiday.
