Job Responsibilities: • Lead and supervise the Brand Ambassador (BA) Supervisor Team within Khulna territories. • Manage and oversee 2–3 assigned territories to ensure high-quality operational execution. • Monitor BA Supervisor performance and ensure the success of consumer activation programs. • Conduct weekly team meetings to delegate tasks and identify solutions for field problems. • Generate all required field reports and maintain strong communication for real-time updates. • Drive recruitment, training, and performance evaluation for BAs and Supervisors. • Support territory-wise planning and handle field-level escalations efficiently. Requirements: • Education: Minimum Graduation. • Experience: 1–2 years in field operations, activation, or sales coordination. • Technical: Must own a Laptop (Mandatory); owning a bike is an extra advantage. • Skills: Strong leadership, team management, and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets. • Attributes: Smart, proactive, result-oriented, and excellent interpersonal skills.
