Job Responsibilities: • Plan, develop, and manage content calendars for social media and digital platforms • Create content ideas aligned with brand identity, campaigns, and promotions • Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and the marketing team • Write and review captions, scripts, and basic copy (Bangla & English) • Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior to improve content performance • Ensure timely posting and consistency across platforms • Monitor content performance and suggest improvements • Maintain content quality, tone, and brand guidelines Experience: • 1–3 years of experience in content planning, digital marketing, or social media • Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or retail brands will be an advantage Qualifications & Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or relevant field preferred • Strong content planning and storytelling skills • Good command of Bangla and English (written & verbal) • Basic understanding of social media analytics and trends • Creative mindset with strong organizational skills Work Location: 227 নবাব সিরাজুদ্দৌল্লা সড়ক, Chattogram 4203
