Job Responsibilities
• Handle customer queries professionally through phone, message, and social media
• Provide accurate information about products/services to customers
• Respond to customer complaints and help resolve issues effectively
• Maintain good communication with customers in both English and Bangla
• Manage and reply to messages/comments on social media platforms
• Record customer feedback and report important issues to management
• Support day-to-day customer service operations
• Maintain a friendly and professional attitude while communicating with customers
Educational Qualification
• Minimum HSC / Graduate
Requirements
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability in social media handling
• Good communication skill in both English & Bangla
• Smart, polite, and customer-focused attitude
Job Time
• 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
