Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming and outgoing customer inquiries professionally.
• Maintain accurate customer records and logs.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through efficient problem-solving.
• Meet performance targets and maintain service quality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Education: Minimum HSC passed.
• Language: Fluent in speaking Bangla.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office; fast typing capability is a must.
• Attributes: Smart, professional, and organized.
• Preference: Female candidates will get priority.
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary: BDT 9,200 – 12,000 (Based on qualification).
• Benefits: KPI bonus is available.
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day, 6 days a week.
